Event Description with Downloadable Materials

Below is what users see after clicking on either a "sidebar callout" (see previous page), a link in a graphical calendar, a link in a sidebar "upcoming events" list, or a link within a text description from the events page.

The calendar lists both paid and free events.  It is possible to use free event registration to determine the number of attendees, and notify registrants if an event will be canceled.

Community health care providers can also submit their own event listings (moderated) to include in the calendar.  This feature helps CHAHEC position itself as supporting a community network of health care and health education providers.

Webcasting: In House and For Fee

CHAHEC currently makes online videos of events available for free, and occasionally sells access on a pay-per-view basis. Taking advantage of the in-house expertise and equipment, CHAHEC also provides webcasting services to other providers for a fee.
